Focus includes negotiation and execution of financing relationships, preparation of strategic business plans, supporting lender, vendor and customer relationships, assisting in the hiring and discharging of employees.

Merger & Acquisition Representation
Act as project manager to facilitate the M&A process including negotiations, recommendations, conducting searches and due diligence and closing transactions.

Analyze financial information for purchasers and buyers. Structure and negotiate transaction terms, letters of intent and definitive agreements.

Strategy & Business Planning
Define company missions, drafting corporate business, growth and strategic plans, revenue models and marketing activities and address operational challenges including underperformance, turnaround, succession and long-term planning.

Turnaround Activities
During the normal course of business or under crisis management, provide assessment and recommendations concerning the viability of corporations, design action plans for implementing turnaround strategy, address the corporation's revenue/cost relationship and models, negotiate with lenders, trade creditors, vendors and customers.
